Stay in the loop with messages from your pastor! Pastors, connect with your church with timely messages to the entire church community!
Post prayer requests to your church's prayer wall. Let your community know how you are by updating your requests. Keep a list of your own prayers in the app, and add other church members' requests to it!
Feeling Stressed? Meditate from the comfort of your home using the app. Pick from a range of guided meditations, breathing exercises, and scriptural reflections.

People have ideas about parenthood. We want to learn how these ideas affect the way we think and feel about ourselves. If you would like to participate in this research study, you will be asked to install a smartphone app and answer daily surveys about yourself over several months.
This app was developed as part of a research study at Princeton University and Simon Fraser University (https://parentstudy.web.app). The app is available for anyone to download and use.
