CB Fit creates a unique workout experience allowing clients to dive into their inner power, endurance, and mind body connection through an intimate small group dynamic. Our total body classes use a patented machine called the Megaformer, through increased strength and balance that are powered by the patented Lagree Fitness Method. The innovative celebrity trainer Sebastien Lagree created both Megaformer and Method using progressive spring based resistance so that clients have control of the intensity level while maintaining a low impact on the joints. Our Climb x Bootcamp classes are a full body strength and conditioning cardio workout utilizing the Summit Power Tower by Synergy Air. CB Fit is proud to be the first in the Bay Area and third in the nation to introduce these innovative vertical Climb machines to hit the market in over two decades! We have a variety of class formats that are energy pumping and low-impact full body cardio and strength classes available to all fitness levels.
