Acentra-Connect is an on-demand well-being app designed to support Acentra Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) members. Everyone faces professional, academic, or personal challenges from time to time. Our secure and confidential app allows you to obtain the solutions and support that you need, at the time that you need them; including resources to help you manage your well-being with useful tips, support tools, helpful articles, assessments, motivational exercises, informative videos, benefit information, and TalkNow® to help connect you to care that is personalized, immediate, and confidential.
Once downloaded, you will need to enter the password provided by your benefits representative to log-in. If you have any difficulties, contact Acentra Health EAP through your designated toll-free number.

Motion Connected:
- consolidates information from wellness programs and employee benefits communications serviced by Motion Connected.
- has integration with Apple Health to allow you to use Apple Health as your wellness program activity tracker.
To use Motion Connected, you must be affiliated with an organization that has contracted Motion Connected services. If you already have a Motion Connected account, you can login with your current credentials. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one using the activation code provided by your organization's plan administrator.
Motion Connected integrates with the Health app using HealthKit. Using this integration is optional and can be enabled and disabled with the Link Apple Health switch in Motion Connected's settings. When enabled, the app:
- collects steps and time summed by day,
- allows you to view this data in the app's Apple Health view,
- and uploads this data to Motion Connected where it is applied to your wellness program.
