This pattern can help provide you with temporary relief of the ringing caused by tinnitus. 1) Find your frequency by using the slider while playing a tone. Use this to match to your tinnitus frequency. 2) Play the pattern and listen at a low volume. Listen for 5-10 minutes or up to a few hours. 3) Repeat this process daily (or whenever you have ringing symptoms) DOES IT WORK?
