Comcierge by HatchMed eliminates nurse call alarm fatigue. Rather than having one red button for all of the patient’s needs, desires, and wants, Commcierge intelligently routes individual requests to specific members of the care staff, while keeping the nurses free to carry out their vital duties. A request for more pillows can go directly to a nursing assistant, while a call for more water will go straight to a member of foodservice, and the patient’s nurse is notified at the very end to let them know that every request has been completed. Commcierge is fully customizable to the hospital’s requirements - staff may either select their own response options, or allow Commcierge to suggest its own predetermined choices based on the patient’s state at admission. It is easy to integrate light, TV, blind and other patient controls directly into the application and options such as “Nurse Info” and “Test Results” are built directly into the interface.
