Trackyourmed will help you reminding the time you should take your medications with an alarm that will notify you at the time set by your doctor. When the alarm rings, patients must scan the QR code provided by the doctor that identifies the specific medication or "alternatively click on the specific medication displayed in the app". Doctors will be able to track on their backoffice the frequencies with which their patients take the prescribed medications.
