The TrueNorth App is a health and well-being tool that gives you a way to share your wearables data, such as physical activity data from an Apple Watch, with a Health Coach via the TrueNorth web-based tools. You can share your physical activity level, body weight, heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation. Updates will let you share additional measures such as sleep duration and quality.
