Our highly trained paramedics are ready to provide the urgent care you need in the comfort of your home 7 days a week. We treat a wide variety of symptoms, including, but not limited to: Acute illnesses - Flu - Fever - Respiratory illnesses - Urinary tract infections - Nausea and vomiting - Diarrhea - Dehydration - Cellulitis - And more Chronic conditions - Congestive heart failure (shortness of breath, fluid retention) - COPD - Anxiety - Depression - Asthma - Migraine headaches - Diabetes (blood sugar control, wound care) - Hypertension - And more Injuries - Falls assessment - Wound care - Burns - And more NOTE: This app is not for emergency use. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call 9-1-1 right away! You can use instED's Patient App to request a visit, either with or without creating an account. While it is not necessary to create an account, doing so allows you to save time for future requests, by not having to re-enter your name, address, or phone number. Creating an account also allows you to track your visit including the date for which the visit is scheduled, when a paramedic is en route to see you, ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the paramedic, and when the paramedic has reached your location.
