The Euskotren official application is available in Basque, Spanish, English and French. You can do the following with the Euskotren APP: - Choose the means of transport for which you want information: railway, Bilbao tramway and/or Vitoria-Gasteiz tramway - The ON-LINE feature allows information updates in real time. - The online app establishes your position and tells you which is the closest station/stop for your chosen transport, along with the next two departure times. - Search by selecting station/stop start/end, day and time. - You can save your searches in Favourites (save starting point/destination) and/or Plan (save all the search data) to be used later without needing to enter all the info again - The application also provides important information on each station/stop: location (including map), contact number (the number for the Customer Service Office for the type of transport in question), accessibility conditions, next departures,... - You do not need to register, just download the app to use the above features. But if you do register in the app by filling in the online form, you will be able to access the app's other value added features: - Call the 112 emergency number from any screen of the app; that call will also appear (with the data of the caller) in the Euskotren Incident Manager and the SOS Deiak Coordination Centre. - Report anti-social behaviour that may occur in the train/tramway and/or station/stop. - Send in your Complaints, Claims, Suggestions and Appreciation.
