Available support are Technical Consultation (inquiry and troubleshooting), Warranty Service (warranty registration and warranty parts claim), Spare-parts bank (parts inquiry and ordering), On-site support via video, Training Services (training schedule and training request), and Other Information (manuals and references).

The Daikin Service Application has been launched by Daikin Airconditioning UK to support service engineers in the air conditioning industry working with Daikin VRV, Daikin Altherma and Daikin Split and Sky Air Equipment.
