Use this app, alongside the Koss UR22iAP calibrated headphones (ANSI/IEC) and a fully functional and supported iPad to have a Type 4 (air conduction) hearing screening audiometer. It uses both pure-tones and speech stimuli to screen at specified levels. There is automated screening as well as manual screening options, and if needed you can do some pure-tone threshold searching as well, to help with any referral decisions. All the data is sent through encrypted transmission to our secure HIPAA compliant database (that is also encrypted with multiple encryption keys). You can view your screening results and sort them by date, by pass/fail, or other metrics quickly and easily and even export any data set for ease of reporting to any overseeing body required.
