Trailondo is a vehicle sharing platform and enables the rental of trailers, vans, cars, mobile homes, motorcycles, eBikes and other vehicles, including access to the vehicle fleet around the clock and at any time. Search, book, unlock, and go! Trailondo provides an automatic driver's license check, with the help of which only those vehicles are made available that the Trailondo customer is allowed to drive. Trailondo also offers the option of renting from professional landlords and private P2P tenants. Optionally, vehicle rentals can be additionally secured by insurance. Various hourly, daily or weekly rates are available to Trailondo users. Payment is made using a stored means of payment (e.g. credit card). Trailondo users have access to all vehicles in the Trailondo fleet worldwide and can rent vehicles from anywhere. Before using the app, users must register and verify their mobile phone number and smartphone and submit their driver's license for verification. The vehicle fleet is usually activated within a few seconds. After a means of payment has been deposited and verified, Trailondo users can access the Trailondo fleet. The app implements a digital access system to all vehicles on the platform. These are activated using an electronically controlled lock, remote key safe or built-in access system in the vehicle. The rented vehicle is then available for the time of the rental and can be picked up and returned either at the selected rental station or in a selected area, depending on the selected tariff.
