Energise Coaching - Energise is owned by lead coach Steve Hinds. Steve has served over 34 years in the industry and has helped 100's of clients improve their health, fitness and physiques, along with mentoring junior coaches to enable them to get on the coaching ladder and help them develop their confidence and expertise to enable them to flourish. Why ‘Energise’? When we look at our current role as a coaching provider – there are a myriad of other words that you could use to describe how we work... passion, knowledge, value, progress, results, quality etc. However one comment I received from a client a couple of years ago resonated with me and stuck. “You and your staff coach with such amazing passion and enthusiasm, you can almost feel the energy fill the room.” I loved this, because without ENERGY we are nothing! Our clients often speak to us about how we bring the best out of them, how we elevate them to another level and help them achieve things that they never thought they were capable of. If we are able to do this with our clients, I feel that we will also be able to do that for a wider community.
