The Velocity app empowers you to connect to Live, Replay and Video-on-Demand workouts with your coach on your favorite mobile devices. The app will enable you to connect to your devices (power, cadence, resistance and HR), complete workouts, review your workout history and connect your post-workout data with your preferred third-party fitness apps. The Velocity app will be a single access point to cycling, strength, running, yoga or any of the workout content your coach creates for you. The Velocity App will let you see and hear your coach during workouts so they can share critical and effective guidance, insights and knowledge within specific intervals and skill development. Velocity is a free app, but requires an invitation from your coach to create or access your account. Velocity is currently only available to athletes that have or want a coach, so if your coach isn’t using Velocity yet, please encourage them to join today through the Velocity website.
