Leaf-Menu - is your electronic fridge. Just add your existing products in the app and Leaf-Menu: - creates an automatic meal plan with daily calories limits, nutrition balance and food preferences using existing products only; - suggests ideas of dishes from all other the world that can be cooked right now from existing products; - controls best before dates and calculates how many days there is enough food in your fridge to plan next shopping. Now you can easily be fit with your usual products for free, without diets, stress, manual calories counting and tough work-outs. Meal Plan can be built for several people according to their daily calories limits (e.g. 1800 or 2000 kcal). If you set your weight goal, Leaf-Menu will calculate the date when you can achieve it. You can plan to become fit till summer, wedding or other important date, without stress, about 0.5-1 kg per week. For those who want to eat more healthy food with more fruits and vegetables, there is a feature to turn on the balance of plant food. So the app will create a meal plan for you with the desired proportion of plant food during a day. It is a common situation that we find a recipe on the internet, but there are no ingredients in the fridge, so we need to spend more time searching or to go to the shop for those ingredients.
