SkinScreener achieved an impressive 95% clinical accuracy in the risk assessment of skin cancer, according to a clinical study at the Medical University of Graz. What can SkinScreener do for you? With your iPhone, you can get a quick skin cancer risk assessment Save the images, along with the risk assessment, to your archive. Find out what the UV index in your area is. Get the latest skin protection news, tips, and stories. Set reminders for scans and doctor visits SkinScreener has already analyzed over 800,000 images and assisted countless patients in getting to see a dermatologist in a timely manner. In detail, how does SkinScreener work for you? Inspect your skin for any unusual spots and use the camera to focus on the area you want to analyze. Take a photo and make sure you hold the phone steady. If the image is not too blurry, the risk assessment by our neural network starts. You get the result right away. An easy-to-understand three-color code indicates the risk of skin cancer (Green: low risk, Yellow: medium risk, Red: high risk). Based on your risk assessment, you are advised to consult a dermatologist for further examination to obtain an accurate medical diagnosis. Prior to registration, a free scan is provided.
