SmartRR 與 GBV Minimum Standards 使用情況與統計
Smart Reporting and Referral (SMART RR) is a technology-based mobile application that allows survivors,
social workers and service providers to report and refer cases/incidents of GBV from their smart and basic
phones. The tool was developed by Big Family 360 Foundation, a national non-governmental organisation
in Nigeria.
SmartRR application is a technology-based mobile application which enables survivors, social workers and
service providers to report and refer GBV incidents to relevant service providers and authorities, conducts
service mapping, automatically updates the referral directory, and collects and analyses referral data. This idea was
built on the existing referral mechanism of the GBV Sub Sector which is done manually. The application
was therefore designed to mitigate existing challenges such as underreporting and associated difficulties
with accessing services.

The GBV Minimum Standards mobile app presents 16 Minimum Standards for the prevention of and response to gender-based violence in emergencies. As a whole, the 16 Minimum Standards define what agencies working on specialized gender-based violence programming need to achieve to prevent and respond to gender-based violence, and deliver multisectoral services. The objective of the Minimum Standards is to establish a common understanding of what constitutes minimum prevention and response programming in emergencies. Each Standard in this resource represents a common agreement on what needs to be achieved for that specific programmatic element to be of adequate quality. The standards are universal; they are relevant for all emergency contexts.
