Dollar Words is a game to help learn math and spelling. Imagine that each letter is worth a value. A is .01, B is .02 and so on until you get to Z, which is worth .26. A dollar word is where the value of the letters in a word add up to 1.00. My 5th grade son came home with an assignment to find dollar words and the idea took root. So we made an app! App icon was designed by my 9th grader.
