Access the Contagious Change series of invitations and inquiries, to bring leading hArtfully – the art and heart of discovering the best in others, consciously, intentionally, and more consistently – into your leadership way of BEING. Through a series of routinely scheduled invitations, Contagious Change strengthens the adoption of wellBEING and hArtfully leadership practices, operationalizing new ways of DOING and BEING your best leader self. Inquiries or questions are additionally launched to prompt discovery, reflection, and action; bringing confidence, competence, and consistency to how leaders are choosing to show up. Group chats are encouraged as part of the app, to share experiences, insights, and awareness of the positive impact a new behavior brings, offering the space to positively reinforce – with clarity and specificity – the resultant response of their choice to adopt a (new) action, attitude and/or behavior. These interactions, grounded in shared lived experiences, ignite support, encouragement, and empathy, creating a sense of collective belonging, and forming a community of wellBE-ers.
