Rebound is an app designed to support you in your trauma recovery journey.
After trauma, our brains and bodies can get stuck in Survival Mode, leaving us feeling on high alert, anxious, easily triggered, numb, and disconnected. Our brains and bodies can feel like the trauma is still happening, long after it’s over.
Rebound helps your brain and body get out of Survival Mode by guiding you through Storytelling Sessions that help you reprocess your underlying traumatic memories. As you regain control of your nervous system, you’ll find yourself better prepared to access deeper levels of healing.
Rebound was built by a team of trauma survivors and psychologists with the goal of making effective trauma recovery accessible to everyone.
You can use Rebound on its own or with therapy, at any stage in your healing journey.

WHEN SHOULD I USE REBOUND?
If you’re struggling after trauma, Rebound can help by giving you tools to start processing what happened and understand more about what you went through. Rebound can be a great add-on to therapy, or can also be used on its own.
IS REBOUND SECURE?
As a group of survivors, we take privacy extremely seriously. Your safety and security are our top priority. We encrypt all personal data in motion and at rest.
Rebound's All Access subscription gives you access to all of Rebound's content and programming. Cancel anytime. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of your current period. Current subscriptions may not be canceled during the active subscription period, but you can manage subscriptions and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Apple Account Settings after purchase. Self Help for Stress & Trauma in 38 languages
Stress and traumatic experiences can produce many symptoms. It can take time to heal completely, however, many symptoms can be resolved with the Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) and similar self-help.
Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) takes 10 minutes to do and has proven helpful in calming emotional responses to stress and traumatic experiences for over 100.000 people in 20 countries. It is a First Aid technique, which means everybody can do it, and it is not intended to replace professional help.
Tapping techniques belong to a field called Energy Psychology which includes Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT). TTT is specifically designed as an efficient and scalable non-verbal First Aid.
