Access Cleveland Heights is the official Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) App of the City of Cleveland Heights. Access Cleveland Heights allows users to submit service requests (potholes, tall grass, graffiti, etc.) directly to the city, where the request will be correctly routed to the appropriate city service department. Users will be able to track their service requests all the way through completion right from their phone.

If you're in a dangerous situation, use the UH Safe application to quickly and easily contact safety forces.
UH Safe also allows you to:
-Send text messages, as well as photos and videos of crime tips and suspicious behavior directly to safety forces.
-Walking alone and want some additional safety? Use FriendWatch to allow your friends and family to track your location during that activity.
-Access resources directly through the app, such as the handbook, and emergency procedures.
-View a map which displays recent incidents and safe locations on and around campus.
