Users can utilize a waiting list feature if a course is fully booked, and seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once available. Additionally, users can make online payments for course fees, eliminating the need to visit the IJLS in person. The notification module will keep users informed about their upcoming courses. While attending courses, users will be able to register their attendance by scanning a QR code using their mobile app. Upon clocking out from a course, the number of CPD hours will be automatically calculated. Learners will be able to access their workspace to view their accumulated CPD hours, attendance details, and even access lecture notes. After the completion of a CPD year, users will be able to download their certificates. The certificates are digitally signed, allowing any entity to verify their validity by scanning the QR codes.
