CLOUD 11 Application — The following definitions apply to support the categories of customers utilizing Cloud11, which include Users, Members, Creators, and Neighbors, enabling them to participate in activities and access various benefits provided on this platform. As a “Creative Destination,” the Platform is intended to support digital commerce to promote the Monetization of Creators. Creators may fully utilize and benefit from the facilities and services provided, including but not limited to studios, park areas, retail spaces, and exhibition halls, through the online booking system. Furthermore, the Platform facilitates access to various benefits through a loyalty and rewards program (the “Loyalty Program”), including promotional activities, designed to address individual interests. Such benefits may include, without limitation, CloudPoint as value-based accumulated points, product or service coupons and discounts (Prepaid Coupons), gift coupons or vouchers, and premium items, all of which shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each campaign as determined by the Platform and its participating partners.
