In this app Charlotte Makboul, a sexologist and qualified psychotherapist, gives you some instructions and exercises to listen to and practise, using Mindfulness to help you resolve sexual problems. If you don’t find the app gives you enough help to resolve your particular sexual difficulties, you are welcome to book an appointment for face-to-face therapy or Skype therapy in Swedish or English.
