In the UL app, you can search for your trip quickly and easily and buy tickets for our buses and trains. Search travel: • Quickly search for your trip from your current position or by choosing where and when you want to travel. • The search results show various travel options and possible walking distances to the stops as well as a map that makes it easier to find the right one. • Save your most frequent trips as favorites. Use the heart in the search results to favorite a trip. • Keep an eye on the bus and see where it is directly on the map. Buy ticket: • Buy a 75-minutes, 24- or 72-hour ticket in just a few seconds. • Pay easily with Swish, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or travel funds. • If a ticket reader is on board, tap the phone with the ticket towards it, otherwise you will show the ticket to the bus driver or train host. Traffic disruptions: • Any traffic disruptions or delays are displayed along with your search result. You need an internet connection to be able to buy tickets and apply for travel. With the app from X-trafik, you can plan your trip and purchase tickets to the public transport system in Gävleborg. Here are some things you can do inside the app: Search and plan your trip: • Click on a stop on the map or search for your trip from your current location or choose where you want to travel from. • Use the heart symbol to save routes or trips as favorites and quickly get new information when the next bus or train departs. • Our buses are equipped with GPS-trackers, which allows you to see the current location of your bus of choice. Tickets: • Buy one way tickets, 24-hour tickets or 30-day tickets. • Pay easily with Swish or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). • Use the heart symbol to save your most common tickets as favorites. • If there is an automatic ticket reader onboard the bus you can use it to scan your mobile ticket, otherwise you show the ticket to the staff onboard. Traffic interferences • Traffic interferences or delays are presented along with your search results. The app requires your smartphone to be connected to a mobile internet service or a WiFi with internet access for you to search trips and buy and use tickets. The app also needs access to your smartphones location to suggest travel options from your current location.
