Once GPS satellites are acquired again the accuracy should be much improved (normally this takes a couple minutes). Optional Hands-Free mode: you can set the app to reset the GPS automatically when you launch it, which you can do by saying "OK google launch GPS Reset". So if your GPS goes haywire while driving you can fix it without touching your phone! I have used it successfully with my Samsung Galaxy S7 for exactly this problem.
