This type of transportation is very useful for students to go to schools and universities, and this smart and environmentally friendly means will also be useful for tourists and visitors who want to enjoy their trip without traffic congestion, especially in big cities. Shared transportation contributes to reducing the number of cars on the road, which leads to reducing the amount of carbon emissions and traffic congestion and making the streets safer. It also helps eliminate the need to search for a parking space, which causes traffic congestion, especially in narrow streets, noting that a traditional parking space can accommodate ten electric bikes. Thanks to their small size, these bikes can also park easily without obstructing road users, and provide another option for passengers to park them next to a pole or tree. To ensure that the vehicle is parked properly, the user must take a photo before ending the trip (this is a mandatory option in our application). How the user application works: Profile: Users must first sign up, the user profile contains the user name, email, phone number, personal ID photo and a personal photo. Electric vehicle map This feature allows users to find the nearest available means of transportation because the vehicles are equipped with a location feature, allowing the user and the controller to track their movement instantly. We also look forward to adding the possibility of transferring the phone balance directly to a commission through cooperation with telecommunications companies, and also through gold credit cards and various banks. QR code Scan Installed on the scooter to start the trip, users must scan the QR code The rider must wear a helmet, knowing that our helmet is equipped with a detection device, if it is not worn, he will not be able to start the trip at all and will be notified via a voice message emitted from the vehicle's speaker and a text message to the user's account and the control room. Cyclists and scooters can ride in the permitted areas (green) and walk on the normal road while respecting the traffic law, and we will work with municipalities and cities to draw a special path for bicycles and scooters. This will enhance the safety of users and help us frame the service provided well. Ending the trip and stopping the bikes: Users must park the bikes properly within the designated green or blue areas shown in the mobile application. Photo Report Users must submit a photo report, to show that the scooter is in good condition and parked properly, if it is noticed otherwise it will be notified and a text message will be sent to the user's account and control room. We have a plan to use artificial intelligence to do this and generate reports directly.
