Why Johnson Matthey employees should use the app: Instant - Get easy access with FaceID and TouchID; Get notified - Receive push notifications to keep up to date with the latest news; Quick access - Manage your benefits and wellbeing quickly; Recognise - Send Say Thanks awards and eCards with the built-in recognition tool; Available - Whenever you have your phone, you’ll have Elements. The app will expand over time bringing you new functionality and features, but download it now, tap into Elements and make your experience a mobile one.
