SmartDokan is a complete billing and inventory management solution designed for small businesses, retail shops, and wholesalers. Built with Android (Java), this app helps users manage product sales, stock, purchase records, credit (borrow) accounts, wallet income/expense, and more — all from a single dashboard.
Key Features & How to Use:
1. Add Product
Enter product details such as name, purchase price, selling price, quantity, unit, and barcode. Tap “Buy” to save the product into your records.
2. Buy Note
All added product details are stored here. You can view and delete records as needed. Columns include: Product Name, Buying Price, Selling Price, Quantity, and Date.
3. Stock Collection
View live stock levels of all items. See product ID, name, buy/sell price, quantity, unit, and barcode for accurate inventory tracking.
4. Sell Product
This is the most important section. Add products to the cart using name, barcode, or manual entry. Update quantity and create invoice. For credit sales, select the “Borrow” option to move it to the Borrow Activity.
5. Product Return
Return previously sold items by selecting them from the list and updating stock accordingly.
6. Borrow Activity
View all customers who purchased on credit. Click any record to see detailed transaction history including amount, product name, date, and time. You can send reminders via SMS.
7. Daily Sales
Track daily sales by date. View how much you’ve sold each day and delete records if necessary.
8. Sell List
Automatically keeps a full list of all sold products for future reference and reports.
9. Wallet Management
Keep track of your income and expenses. Record how much you’ve earned or spent in each category and manage dealer payments or costs.
10.PC Item Activity
A dedicated activity to purchase different PC-related items through your system.
11. Subscription Activity
Some features are locked under subscription. You need to subscribe monthly to unlock full access. Payment options are available inside the activity.
12. Tools Section
Built-in calculator and notepad help you with daily shop activities.
13. Profile & Settings
Manage your profile, language, data backup, and additional settings from the profile section.
