This app is to be used by honorable policy holders of Sonali Life only. This is the platform where users would be able to view their policy related information, make payment for premium, maintain receipts and so many policy related activities like apply for supplementary claims, alterations etc. This app is very user friendly and it allows users to keep track of every single transactions make by the user as well as support and services by the organization. Below are some of the key features of the app: • Personal Details: Users can maintain their personal information. They can request to update their personal information through the app. • My Policies: Users can view their policies in a dashboard and take instant decision about it. • Make Payment: Online payment through a secured channel and via SSL or MFS • Dashboard: All policy and important information are placed in a dashboard • Policy Related Information: All policy related information are placed in a group and gives its user great control to analyze data. • Documents / Receipts: All documents related to the policy are preserved in the app and any receipts can be download or viewed at any time.
