Assign scores from 0 to 10 to reflect how satisfied you are regarding the following aspects of your life: - Physical health and energy; - Intellectual development; - Emotional balance; - Fulfillment and purpose; - Finance; - Contribution to society; - Family; - Romance; - Social life; - Creativity, hobbies, and leisure; - Happiness; - Spirituality. Conduct self-assessments regularly and track your progress in charts that show how far you are from reaching the coveted balance. ATTENTION: This app is under development. Here are some features that may still be included: - Setting up regular reminders to carry out a new self-assessment. You will be able to choose how often you will be reminded. - You will be able to write down the actions you plan to take to improve your next assessment. - You will be able to keep your assessments confidential using a login and password, besides keeping them saved in the cloud. Any feedback will be highly valuable, as we will know if the app is proving useful.
