Other features include: WOD Tracking - Post scores for daily workouts and view box leaderboards Strength Log - Record individual PRs and working sets for all exercises High Fives - Send a receive high fives for workout and exercise scores Goals - Manage your personal goals with progress updates News - Stay up to date with news from your box Nudges - Get notified about important alerts & updates *Important Note* BoxMate is only for use by members of a gym that is registered with the platform, there is no option to register as an individual user.
