Enable chimes, vibration, dark mode, and reminders to assist with your meditation. If you need help with your TM practice, choose from a series of TM tips, which are short videos that answer common questions from meditators. You’ll also find a meditation log to keep track of your meditation sessions. Check your regularity at a glance, and view the number of hours you have meditated and total meditation sessions per month.
