The 4 Meal Plan (our former Meal Plan of the Week) features 4 main dishes that can be ordered for an individual (small plan) or a couple (large plan). The large plan comes in large containers and provides at least 4 meals a week for 2 people. The small plan provides at least 4 meals a week for 1 person. Order by Sunday, May 3 at 8pm Delivery on Tuesday, May 5 from 12pm - 6pm Main 1: Banh Mi Bowl with Tofu, Roasted Mushrooms, Edamame, Pickled Carrots and Daikon and Miso Dressing Main 2: Chickpea Shawarma Bowl with Roasted Cauliflower, Red Pepper and Sweet Potato, Kale, Quinoa and Lemon Tahini Dressing Main 3: Salvadoran Taco Bowl with Crumbled Tofu al Pastor, Black Beans, Corn, Curtido, Cilantro Rice and Creamy Chipotle Sauce Main 4: Roasted Root Veg Bowl with Beets, Carrots and Parsnips, Navy Beans, Short Grain Brown Rice, Dill, Toasted Almonds and Lemon Dressing You can order the Large Plan or the Small Plan. Each plan includes this week's 4 Main dishes. The serving sizes are based on the meal plan size that you choose.
