Mot facilitates the payment of regulated surface parking spaces with time limitations in participating municipalities through a single mobile application. There is no longer any need to look for the nearest parking meter to make the payment, because through the Mot app you can easily manage it. In addition, Mot offers other utilities related to urban mobility such as recharging electric vehicles or paying for parking in public parking lots in those municipalities that have this service. The application was born under the name Aparcar in 2016 in Reus. Currently, the Tarragona Provincial Council manages the Mot application through the autonomous body BASE-Gestió d'Ingressos.
