With Navidoc’s Expense App, you can easily and quickly record expenses and diets as well as submit them individually or as a complete outlay report, without having to make use of the web client. In addition, with our new Approval App, you can now also approve outlays that have been sent for approval together with ordinary invoices, while you are on the go without having to use the web client. All the features that you know from our web solution are also available in our Approval App as well as the Expense App. The app is fully integrated with the Navidoc workflow web solution. - Easy to register and post expenses while on the go. - All the most used functions you know from the Web solution are available in the App note, wait, forward. Navidoc Workflow is a powerful tool - Efficient way to share attachments - Facilitates administration significantly. As an approver, you no longer need to log in to the Navidoc Workflow via the web client to submit or release vouchers. - Approval with "dimensions" and posting of cost documents is also possible. - Make your everyday life in the company more flexible, and allow vouchers to be processed faster. Administration - It is possible to give everyone in the company access to the system via Navidoc Workflow You must be registered as a user in Navidoc Workflow to be able to log in to the system. - User administration and setup is done by Admin and is done via web client.
