Smart Selangor Bus Programme was established by the Selangor State Government to provide an efficient and high quality public transportation service to its citizen. This programme was launched in July 2015 starting with 3 local authorities but it was later expanded to 11 authorities in 2016 due to overwhelming response from the public. A few criteria were set for Smart Selangor bus routes such as those area which has no access to commercial public bus service. This mobile application is one of the Selangor state's initiative under the Smart Selangor Delivery Unit (SSDU) to enhance the service of Smart Selangor Bus for the benefit of bus passengers as it will enable them to plan their bus journey better. User of the application would be able to access all the Free Bus information provided by all local councils of Selangor state. Information such as Estimated Time of Arrival is provided for each of the bus stops covered by the Free Bus Service.
