It took over a year just to find the right meat supplier, and it turned out to be a farmer who had never intended to be a meat supplier. Unlike most others, we use meat from animals that have had a different purpose their entire lives – dairy cows. Meat that both tastes and feels better. And that's how we want it here at Jureskogs.
