Our new EnergyAustralia app helps you take control of your energy accounts. It’s now easier to use, with a clean design and improved functionality. If you already have the app, simply update and login with your existing email address and password. Monitor and manage your bills and payments - See your current bill, amount due and payment options for all your accounts - See and download up to two (2) years of bills and payment history - Pay your bills quickly and securely - Set up or manage your direct debit, taking the hassle out of having to remember to pay your bills - Set up Regular Pay to smooth out your payments into smaller, more regular instalments, so you’ll know how much you need to pay and when - View BPAY information and your saved payment cards - Ask for an extension to pay a bill - Monitor and manage your energy use and compare your history at a glance Update and manage your personal account details - Make changes to your contact and account details without having to call - Change your billing preferences to email or post - Find your National Meter Identifier (NMI) or Meter Installation Registration Number (MIRN) easily, vital when reporting faults Tell us what you think We’d love to hear about your experience using the new EnergyAustralia app so we can make it even better.
