This app provides convenient access to licensed doctors around the world for remote consultations by phone or secure video. Telemedicine services are ideal for non-emergency health issues such as a cold, fever, rash, eye infection, orthopedic concern, back or joint pain or pediatric questions. You must “Create a Profile” after you download the app. You can schedule a video consultation or request a call back from a doctor through the app. Telemedicine consultations are complimentary with phone consultations available in several languages and video consultations available in English and Spanish. Requests for a call-back are typically responded to within 1 hour. Video consultations can often be scheduled same day. Medical guidance, possible diagnosis and treatment options are possible outcomes from remote consultations. Telemedicine services are provided by Teladoc.
