Application to calculate the dose of continuously (by infusion or syringe pump) administered drug. A typical usage is to calculate the dose of circulatory support in μg/kg/min. You can choose from several different volumes of infusion or syringe. It also calculates the concentration of the solution. The result can be calculated in various units (μg/kg/min, μg/kg/hr, μg/min, mg/hr, mg/kg/hr). The application facilitates verification of a calculation, based on the input data, of the medication dose dispensed by the infusion pump. The application is intended to be used solely by health professionals who are skilled to identify any faults which may possibly occur when calculation is done through the application. The calculation done through the use of the application is for information purposes only. It does not replace, nor is it intended to replace a calculation of the dose made by the user. By itself, the calculation done through the application cannot be taken as a recommendation and the user of the application cannot rely on it without further action, nor should the user take any further steps or decisions based on it.
