CURB-65 Score for Pneumonia is a medical app designed to help medical practitioner to estimates 30-day mortality risk of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) so they can decide inpatient vs. outpatient treatment. CURB-65, also known as the CURB criteria, is a clinical prediction rule that has been validated for predicting mortality in community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) and infection of any site. The score is an acronym for each of the risk factors measured.
