IMPORTANT Users must first have their phone numbers registered in an Agency Account on the Beacon Emergency Dispatch platform in order to receive incident alerts from their response agency. ABOUT BEACON Beacon is a dispatch platform for emergency and crisis response agencies that need better communications.
