Don Bosco High School's aim is to impart sound education, instill praise-worthy character, and create balanced judgment and robust physique so as to enable its pupil to blossom into useful citizens. It is recognized by the Directorate of Education, Government of Goa and by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Goa State Board and prepares pupils for the S.C.C. Examination. Co-curricular activities of valued nature are provided in order to promote harmonious development, both of mind and body. It is obligatory on the part of the pupils to participate in all co-curricular and other school activities. Physical training is well cared for. Besides the regular drill and dance education there are the usual sports and games. During the monsoons, indoor games are encouraged. Health care being an important factor in the school situation, both to the individual concerned and his classmates with whom he would associate, a medical check up of the ward is a necessary obligation on the part of every parent. Students of Std. I to the VIII must be given a thorough medical check up within the first three months by the parents. The School offers Vocational Guidance and Counselling.
