Your followed Podcasts and Episode progress are synced using your private iCloud account. This means that there's simply no way for us to see what you follow, listen to or anything else you might do in our app. We do collect crash reports do make sure the app is as stable as possible, but these reports are anonymous and can't be tracked back to you.
