SitePREP enables users to collect, compile and distribute informative, photo-driven reports quickly and easily, right from their mobile device. It was developed by civil engineers who were frustrated by the lack of proper tools to quickly and accurately document project sites and generate reports right from the field. With SitePREP, engineers, inspectors, public safety officers and contractors can quickly catalog environmental conditions and collect field data by taking photos and capturing specific notes, observations, measurements and tasks with important details right on the job site. In addition, metadata including GPS location and direction are automatically captured for each photo. All photos are automatically plotted on a satellite map for reference and use. Once data collection is complete, photos (including corresponding details) are compiled in a report document that can be quickly emailed from the mobile device on the job site or exported into popular word processing applications for additional editing and distribution.
