Here’s how it works:
Health: Key running health metrics are measured at 400 times a second such as impact, ground contact time, and ankle rotation. These metrics are measured on every step and when an excessive value is detected you will be alerted and have a personalized recommendation on how to avoid injuries due to the excessive values.
Performance: Key performance metrics are measured at 400 times a second such as Braking Force, Cadence and Propulsion. These metrics will be optimized and monitored to help you improve your key performance metrics to your optimal level.
Custom Plans: Customized monthly running, walking and strength plans will be built for your specific training needs. The plans are built by professional athletes and tailored to your training goals. Have access to all the perks of a professional coach without the expensive costs.
