It does this by enabling public health to collaborate with community partners, residents, and other stakeholders to create a powerful real time data platform that enables quick collection and analysis of community data to identify threats, patterns, and emerging issues. HOW DO I GET THE APP? To access Aztute, you must create an account with your Provider Organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization (by typing Tenant Name or website) in the app or go to your healthcare organization’s website.
