The Infinity Medical Imaging App is used by patients to securely access images and reports
for medical imaging examinations performed at our practice in Chatswood.
The App also allows our patients to request appointments at our site.
When you attend for your appointment and are registered on our system, you will receive an SMS message containing a link to a registration instructions page with an activation code. You will need to use this code to active your account and set a password.
You can also access your account using your fingerprint, facial recognition or a PIN if your device supports these. You will be able to use your account to access all future studies performed at Infinity.
The ‘Request an Appointment’ feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and take a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor to submit. Our friendly staff will contact you to organise and confirm the appointment.

The North Coast Radiology Patient app offers you the ability to access your images and reports via a smartphone or tablet. You can view and share your reports and images in one easy-to-access place.
The portal is ideal if:
- You suffer from a long-term medical condition and need your imaging history.
- You are pregnant and would like to share your precious baby scans with family or friends.
- You would like to share scans with other health professionals such as a physiotherapist or chiropractor.
- You travel and need to access your scans anywhere, anytime.
You should always discuss your report with your doctor before you read the report yourself.
- You will receive a notification via email or sms when your images are ready to be viewed.
The patient app can be downloaded from the App Store or by visiting patient.ncrg.com.au.
