What makes Genie even more unique is the ease with which one can access and use the application. We understand the need of detailing while keeping the application very easy to use. Residents can request for a service in less than 8 clicks on the screen. Reaching out in case of an emergency has never been easier. With our emergency call button, we notify the Emergency Contacts in less than 5 seconds of the SOS alert being shared. Genie has been developed to suit the needs of our every resident. It not only helps in convenience but also maintains a digital record of every request made. With Genie we only hope to make our residents happier and allow them to focus on positively ageing with us.
